The Audrey Rose Sells Scholarship was created in 2020 to be awarded to young women graduating from the Kent School District and heading off to a two- or four-year college.
Audrey Sells was a working mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who spent 75 years in Kent helping to build the Kent Historical Society and Kent Old-Timers along with many of her friends in the Kent Class of ’44. Audrey had a strong sense of family and commitment to education and service to others. This scholarship is in her memory to help other young women who are looking to further their education and give back to their communities.
