How to Apply
We use an online universal application process. Students will be able to sign in to create their profile, submit applications, request letters of recommendation and upload transcripts online.
- First students will need to register and complete their profile
- There will be a set of general, academic, and financial questions, as well as questions about school, community or work experience - this information is entered just once
- Once submitted, students gain access to scholarships for which they are eligible
- Each scholarship requires a brief written response to questions provided by the donor, helping evaluators better understand the applicant
- In addition two letters of recommendation must be received - students send this request from the application - Note allow sufficient time for recommenders to provide their response
- Evaluators will be assigned to review applications for each of the scholarships.
- Notification of scholarship awards and denials will be sent by email. Letters of award will be sent one week after recipients have been chosen.
- Recipients of each scholarship will be invited to an event to receive their award and meet donors and other community members that could be contacts/mentors to help you be successful in your educational and career goals.
- Recipients will be required to complete a follow up form and upload verification of enrollment.
- Scholarship funds are sent directly to the schools to cover tuition, room & board or cost of books.
