Scholarships administered by the Kent Community Foundation provide access to secondary educational support for a range of fields of study, primarily for students who have graduated from the Kent School District.
Who should apply
- Graduating Seniors from the Kent School District (must have earned high school diploma by the time the award is made)
- Must be enrolled by the following school year in a full- or part-time program at an accredited two- or four-year college or vocational, technical or trade school.
- You may qualify for more than one scholarship, provided you meet the criteria.
- The following scholarships encourage past recipients to reapply:
- Pat Butler Scholarship
- Richard & Ina Balash Scholarship
- Thunderbird Community Sports Foundation
- Rotary Club of Kent
- Students already attending college, who intend to continue studies in a sports-related field of study, can apply for the Thunderbird Community Sports Foundation Scholarship.
- Students pursuing any of the following fields of study are encouraged to apply:
- Students who have been impacted by cancer or have overcome a hardship are encouraged to apply.
